Provided initial setup of the Program Management Office for Fujitsu America, Inc. to create and support Shared Services for twenty other Fujitsu companies. Purpose of the PMO was to plan and manage the delivery of new-shared services, develop the Enterprise Business Architecture framework and provide Enterprise Architecture support to service delivery project teams.
Shared Services were implemented in the areas of Information Technology, Facilities Management Service, HR Operations, Payroll, Travel, and Purchasing.
