Managed the replacement of airport check-in kiosks at all Island and Mainland stations with multi-language capability for new international stations at Haneda-Japan and Incheon-Korea airports with IBM equipment and new software and improved functionality for bag tag printing and passport input.

The web check-in was enhanced with similar capabilities. The overall effect was greatly improved efficiency for airport agents.

Applications are directly connected to the Hawaiian Airlines Reservation System and the Sabre® Global Distribution System (GDS}.
