Managed projects for the Bureau of Reclamation (Department of the Interior) eERDMS (eMail Enterprise Records and Document Management System) as part of a $3 million contract. The goals were to (1) coordinate the implementation of the Department of the Interior’s eERDMS records and document management applications across Reclamation, (2) ensure the design and configuration of the eERDMS records and document management application meet Reclamation’s business needs, (3) identify and assist with automating document management business processes where practical, (4) identify training requirements and develop training plans, (5) coordinate with business process stakeholders to ensure needs are communicated and met, (6) coordinate the successful migration of the Bureau’s existing records and document management applications into the eERDMS environment (Open Text).
